Lisa Eklich (Studio Manager)
Lisa has been teaching yoga for over 18 years. She has taught a variety of movement modalities since 1995 including Kickboxing, Bootcamps, Pilates and Yoga Sculpt. She is a registered yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance and has created the only RYS HIIT Energy Yoga teacher training program for those with a passion to share yoga.

She has been blessed to practice with amazing teachers Amber Gean, Marni Task, Jason Crandell, Daylene Christensen and Baron Baptiste. 

Lisa brings energy and vitality to each and every class allowing her students to reach inner strength as well as physical power! Expect to find your edge!


                   Matthew Gagnon

I started my yoga journey over 3 1/2 years ago as a lifelong athlete. I decided to try yoga as a way to work on my flexibility and as a way to heal and realign my body after intense workout sessions. I came to love what yoga did for me and how it challenged not only my body, but also my mind and soul. I completely immersed myself in practice and have never looked back:) 

 I work with adolescent youth as a school counselor. I found so many benefits from my yoga, that I knew my students could also benefit. I completed my 200 RYT through Fire-Power Advanced Yoga Teacher Training and am a Yoga Alliance registered 200 RYT. I have worked with at-risk students, local high sports teams, dance programs and individuals looking to explore yoga for a variety of reasons. I enjoy working with a diverse population, with the main goal of helping people find their own yoga journey. I enjoy spreading love to the world through yoga and find that my students are my greatest inspiration. 

 As a life-long learner, I have recently become very interested in learning the Ashtanga Primary Series. I am constantly humbled by what our bodies are capable of and cannot wait to continue my journey with many wonderful people at Powerhouse Yoga Studio. 

Linda Manse

Linda began her yoga journey as many do, wanting to stretch her body from years of running and high impact fitness training that left wear & tear on her body. After her first class she was “hooked”, practice opened her eyes to what an amazingly challenging workout yoga is, most importantly she found the emotional benefits as well. Linda’s life transformed so much she decided to share her journey with others. Linda is a certified fitness instructor as well as a 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance, she has taught a variety of classes for over 15 years. Linda wants her students to feel strong, confident and empowered mentally and physically.

Kristen Schade

Kristen took her first power yoga class 15 years ago and was more recently brought back to her mat in search of a way to alleviate stress and find personal balance. Since she has established a regular practice yoga has helped her grow strong, flexible, and fearless both on and off the mat. With a background in gymnastics and dance, yoga just felt like a natural progression.

In 2014 Kristen decided she wanted to become certified to teach so that she could share her passion and help others shine by nurturing the body, mind and soul. She is a 200hr registered yoga teacher with the yoga alliance. Her classes will leave you feeling strong and rejuvenated!
